I just came accross this at a gas station in Malaysia and it made me smile enough to decide to share it with you here.
Now, we all know that we live in networked times and communication is omnipresent in our lives. All over the world you can buy top up credit and SIM cards at supermarket checkout counters. Still, the casualness with which the product categories are mixed here made me smile.
Headache medicine, condoms and… mobile phones??? At a gas station in the middle of the jungle of all places?
Just imagine the hilarity:
Would you like a Nokia with your tank of gas, Sir? That will be 430 Ringgit. Thank you, come again! (insert Apu Nahassapeemapetilon accent here)
