So after being in Vienna for a whole 4 days, I had to hit the road on a (quite) short notice again. We were invited to be the photography partner for a big event on the very best of wedding food in which the top 5 star hotels of Beijing will showcase the very best of their talent. I will post more on this on the facebook page later.
For now I wanted to share my excitement about catching a ride on one of lufthansa’s brand spanking new Airbus A380.
First thought was… (don’t hate me for stating the obvious) this thing is massive. The size as much as you expect it still baffles you when you first walk on board.
There is a friggin’ elevator inside this thing! And of course stairs.
Also obvious but still surprising is the size of the queue of 596 people waiting for their suitcases to come up at baggage claim. Odd…
I guess this is the future of air travel, it’s probably just another 10 or 20 years until we have a plane that can carry 1000 passengers.
